One of my most favorite things about this house is the BIG WINDOW in the living space! It has the most fantastic view of the water and the sunsets! SO BEAUTIFUL!

There is a twin trundle bed in the living area that does fold out into another twin bed, so you have two sleeping beds here. There is also a separate bedroom with a full mattress and a back door in the event you might want to go for a night walk on the beach and not wake everyone up!

THE HOUSE SLEEPS 4 COMFORTABLY AND WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN 4 PERSONS WITHOUT INFORMING US. We will be happy to make accommodations two extra people at an additional charge of $50 per person/per night.

There is a convection/microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes, glasses, cups and silverware. There is also a full size refrigerator/freezer located in the laundry room. Bath towels, wash cloths and face towels are provided, along with soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We ask that you bring your own food and drink.

You can use the washer/dryer in the laundry room.

The TV works on Dish Network with all of the Premium channels!

You will have keys if you want to lock up 
and go sight seeing.

We  offer WIFI and Internet

There is a comment book that gives you information on the  passwords for WIFI and computer access, as well as guests leaving you information about their visits

CELL PHONE SERVICE DOES NOT WORK AT THE BEACH, BUT YOU CAN DRIVE THE GOLF CART .3 MILES TO GET ACCESS YES...you have a golf cart to use while you are here!!!!

YOU CAN USE THE HOUSE PHONE TO MAKE OR ACCEPT CALLS AT NO EXTRA COST!  JUST LET US KNOW.
